The electronic scale cannot be charged or the charging indicator is not measuring or responding
1. Please make sure that the 110V/220V? voltage switch of the electronic scale is adjusted to the same voltage as the power supply, and make sure that the charging cable is firmly inserted into the charging base on the scale.
2. Check whether the charging cable is disconnected due to external forces.
3. Check whether the fuse is defective.
4. The battery is defective.
5. It is recommended to send it back to the dealership for processing due to the 4th reason or other than the above-mentioned factors.
Nothing happens after the electronic scale is turned on?
1. For those who use dry (storage) batteries, please confirm whether the voltage of the dry (storage) batteries is sufficient? If the voltage is insufficient, replace the dry batteries (please charge the battery).
2. For those using ADAPTOR, unplug the ADAPTOR output terminal connected to the electronic scale, and then install the dry battery. If it can be turned on, that is, the ADAPTOR is damaged, please replace it.
3. Whether the fuse of the electronic scale is defective.
4. The switch or key may be damaged.
5. The electronic components may be malfunctioning.
6. For reasons 4 and 5 or other than the above reasons, it is recommended to send it back to the dealership for processing.
